Maihofhalde Lucerne housing development

At Maihofhalde in Lucerne, the 3rd stage with 90 flats was realised on behalf of abl (allgemeine baugenossenschaft luzern). www.abl.ch

PVT Solar AG is supplying 356 SkySlate Hybrid 300 W and 106 PVT BlackDiamond BSM-425 collectors with 425 Wp electrical and 975 Wp thermal output for the earth probe regeneration of the 3 new buildings. 

B-Solartec AG is responsible for the professional installation of the hybrid collectors on the newly developed 6° substructure, for the assembly of the module and field piping as well as the delivery and installation of the inverters (DC).

N10: On the first roof, the first 106 BlackDiamond BSM-425s were installed in November 2022. N20 went into winter break with the substructure assembled and N30 was completed in February 2023.

Commissioning March to April 2023.

In the same year, 2023, we were able to supply 127 PVT Solar BSM-425 PV modules on the existing Maihofhalde 32/34 apartment block.

This was followed in 2024 by the 4th new-build phase with the apartment blocks Maihofhalde 7, 9 and 11 with a total of 82 PVT hybrid collectors BlackDiamond BSM-425 and 41 PV modules PVT Solar BSM-425.
