In Winterthur, GWG has refurbished the heating system in its Hündlerstrasse development and opted for geothermal probe heat pumps that are fully regenerated with PVT collectors.

Jérôme Frick from novus engineering GmbH, Frauenfeld, was responsible for the planning. The development is now supplied not only with solar power but also with heating energy and domestic hot water for the next few decades by an extremely efficient and fully regenerated geothermal probe heat pump.

A total of 249 BlackDiamond FSN-430 and FSH-450 PVT hybrid collectors were installed.
